Air defense
you can carry

TALUS builds expendable, hand-deployable interceptors. Our first system, Spear, defeats Group 2 and Group 3 unmanned aircraft — light enough for one warfighter to carry, cheap enough to issue by the thousand.

01

Spear

Hand-deployable interceptor

A high-speed interceptor built around the effect it has to deliver. Terrain matching holds position without GPS, an onboard vision model holds the target, and a fragmentation payload ends the engagement.

02

E1

Electro-mechanical safe & arm

Keeps the payload inert through handling and deployment, then enables initiation only under valid engagement conditions. A MIL-STD-1316 architecture built to cost a fraction of the devices in service today.

Distributed autonomous defense

Air is where we start, not where we stop. The same architecture — low-cost airframes, autonomy at the edge, integrated effects — carries to ground, surface and subsurface systems. Low cost and high volume, because enough distributed, expendable units is what actually holds a domain.
